Are you known for making a certain dish or dessert? If so, what is it?
Not really a specific dish. I have been making a variety of cookies for a few years and I do individual Christmas cookie boxes every year for my co-workers. However, I am trying to branch out from just cookies so I made homemade marshmallows last Christmas too.

I would have to say Paula Deen. Not because she is from the South and not because she uses a lot of butter but because I feel like that would be the most wholesome meal for me with big portions!
Do you have a time saving kitchen tip you’d like to share with us?
I recently learned how much more efficient it is to butter a pan with your pastry brush. I used to run the stick around the pan really working to get it into the nooks and crannies but this is a quick, clean way to butter and flour a pan.
