Yes to upload the logos to your blog just right click and copy and then paste into your blog. (You can include the link in blogger and the other styles of blogging sites).

Let's see if I can help...
Go to your account page and select 'edit'. About halfway down you'll see 'picture'. What you should do before attempting to upload a photo, is make sure you have the one you want, already selected and sized for uploading, in this case, that would be 85 pixels by 85 pixels.
Click on 'browse' and go to the folder where your selected photo is. Click on the photo's file name, and then 'open'.
It should automatically upload the photo for you after that, providing, it is the correct size and not larger. In which case, it'll error and tell you.
Once your selected avatar is uploaded, go to the very bottom of the page and click 'submit'. That should be all it takes. }:)
