Any Colorado Home Baking Businesses?

I'm just curious to know if the state of Colorado has a type of domestic kitchen license for having a baking business in the home. Most states require that baked goods are made in a commercial kitchen, but there are a few states that will allow a home/domestic kitchen to be inspected and used for baking and selling baked goods.
If anyone knows more information regarding this, I'd appreciate knowing more.

I don't know about Colorado but I did a lot of research about this in Washington. Look at you county Health Department, it's where I found the most information. If you find that you need a commercial kitchen it's not the end of the world. I was able to find two Co-Op kitchens that rent out by the hour, and you can always check with local churches (a lot of them have commercial kitchens and would be willing to let you rent them out).
Thanks Nikki--I did check that, but didn't find much information. I agree with the commercial kitchen idea, that is a good one.
It was for a friend in Colorado and as for me, I've already got a domestic licensed kitchen here in Oregon.

Hi, I'm here in Colorado and yes, you do need to rent a commercial kitchen or a place set to commercial standards. I know several people that sell their goods all around our valley and they all have to rent out somewhere when they produce.Good luck!

I have recently read about a business with wine which indeed brings nice profit but it is not that it is easy to be that successful and without responsibilities. People tend to think that a business is ran really easy but just a license like you have spoken about is really hard to get. For example, I know a very nice business - wine Tucson that manage to do good and honest work.
When I look for some kitchen cabinets I like them to be in warm colors and my favorite ones are custom cabinets Tucson because they make your furniture personalized and just for your taste.
The idea of "distributions" and "projects" doesn't appeal very much to me, at least if I am not sure that after installing that distribution I still have a standard Drupal installation with which i can do whatever I like. This is why I have never considered Open Publish or Tattler, at least not for flexible projects that need customization. Perhaps if I had one specific project (like an online journal) and I found a perfect distribution for my project I would use it, but not as a customizable solution for a varied community...

You must know that sheds can be made out of a variety of materials like wood, plastic or steel.

Does anyone know any effective tips in keeping insects likes spiders or cockroaches away from one's house. HuH! Nice if you'll start a new topic about it, Shanu. It's one question I'm also very interested in. Spiders and cockroaches just have a way of finding our kitchen no matter how clean our kitchen is. A natural remedy would greatly help.

I've ordered a new shed, which will be delivered flat pack. I'm thinking that, before I assemble it, it would be a good idea to stain the pieces first - that way even the concealed edges will be thoroughly stained. However, the can of stain that I bought says that pressure-treated wood should be allowed to weather for a few weeks before you stain it. I don't understand why. Are sheds pressure treated when they are made? Any suggestions?
