Any Colorado Home Baking Businesses?

I'm just curious to know if the state of Colorado has a type of domestic kitchen license for having a baking business in the home. Most states require that baked goods are made in a commercial kitchen, but there are a few states that will allow a home/domestic kitchen to be inspected and used for baking and selling baked goods.
If anyone knows more information regarding this, I'd appreciate knowing more.

I don't know about Colorado but I did a lot of research about this in Washington. Look at you county Health Department, it's where I found the most information. If you find that you need a commercial kitchen it's not the end of the world. I was able to find two Co-Op kitchens that rent out by the hour, and you can always check with local churches (a lot of them have commercial kitchens and would be willing to let you rent them out).
Thanks Nikki--I did check that, but didn't find much information. I agree with the commercial kitchen idea, that is a good one.
It was for a friend in Colorado and as for me, I've already got a domestic licensed kitchen here in Oregon.
