I am wondering, what type of food processor do most of you use? I almost bought this handheld type but cancelled my order cus I was afraid that it might not have enought power to cut up meat or dry ingredients.

I do have a kitchenaid stand mixer and a vitamix blender, BUT they do not "cut" stuffs.

I've searched through amazon and read various reviews for over 2 weeks now. The sizes ranges from 3 cup to 14 cups I think. We are a family of... 2, me and my husband LOL. But I am a large size eater, I eat sooo much that... my friends insists that we always go dutch Tongue

Any suggestions? Thanks

I use this one: http://www.sunbeam.com.au/Pages/Browse/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=1470

I also only cook for myself and my partner. The max cups is 3, but I would say it fits 2 1/2 better than 3. The blades are perfect, it cuts ice, nuts, meat and hard cheese with ease. The motor is also quite powerful, I never use the highest settings I generally keep it on the lowest.

Thanks! This is the type that I mentioned as hand-held type. Maybe I should give it a try, seems like it requires less space.

The food processor provided by IttyBittyKitchen does look good. I also haven't found anything so far and I got really bummed because of it. My boyfriend and me used to get healthy food delivery everyday until we realized we can make it ourselves. I'll make sure to order this processor, too, now. Thanks for posting!
