Welcome to The Daring Kitchen!

This site was launched on March 7, 2009 as a home for The Daring Bakers and The Daring Cooks, as well as everyone that loves to cook and bake.

If you're reading this then you are officially in The Daring Kitchen forums. This is the public section of the forums where anyone can read about and talk with others who are interested in food food food!

Our forums also have private sections that are for registered members of The Daring Bakers and/or The Daring Cooks. If you're interested in registering, please click the "Join The Daring Kitchen" link at the top of the sidebar on the right side of the page. Fill in the registration form as prompted. Once complete, we will be notified of your registration and will approve you for membership beginning on the 1st of the following month. So, for example, if you register on August 17th, your membership begins on September 1st. The reason for this is to ensure that new members do not have access to challenges that are currently underway.

If you don't want to join either The Daring Bakers or The Daring Cooks, that's just fine! You can still enjoy the public forums as well as all of the articles that we present on our site.

For those of you that are reading this and are registered, then you should also be able to see the private forums. We hope you enjoy your access to all sections of this site.
