Well everyone, it happened, I met an incredibly great guy, and as it happens he just loves to canoe and cajak, and also to camp. Canoeing is fun too, next week we will try out the whole camping thing (well, I will try it out, he just has to see if he survives after 3 nights in a tent with me).

Food in generell is taken care off, BUT, I would like to bring some form of cake for inbetween sugar-urges (I sometimes have too low blood sugar and then get cranky and afterwards aggressive), and for generel short paddel-breaks.

Any ideas what I can bake on wednesday, that keeps well until friday/saturday when we will eat it? It should not crumble like crazy, it should be easy to store (would love something ziploc-safe, am fine with carrying a tupperware container), should not be too dry...and preferably (here is the challenge), it should WOW his buddy (and the other girl from the canoe club) who are also on this trip.
Thought about homemade cereal bars, but there are so many recipes! Any other ideas? Or favourite recipe? Great bars that keep well for a few days? Anything?

Thanks in advance!!!
