Sorry to be so dumb, but after trying the usual methods I have used for uploading pictures I can't seem to figure out how to post a picture in my reply. Do you have to have them somewhere else first? I tried putting them in my file space here but cant get them from the file area here into my reply posts.

I cant find any sticky's or how to's on the site, can someone explain the process here for me?
