I love to cook and bake, well that’s obvious right! I think that food should take you...

...somewhere or remind you of something wonderful. I am constantly thinking about what to make next and how my photos will look. I work from home mostly and enjoy fitness as well. I love kids and dogs, my dogs anyway. I have two awesome mutts! Cash and Credit are their names!

How long have you been a Daring Baker/Daring Cook and what’s your favorite thing about being in the group(s) so far?

I am very new to the group I have not done my first challenge yet, but am very excited to do so. I like that the group will expose you to ingredients you wouldn’t normally use or dishes that are unfamiliar to you.

What’s your favorite kitchen gadget? How about your favorite kitchen appliance?

Does the Silpat count as a gadget? My blue Kitchen Aid mixer!

Are you known for making a certain dish or dessert? If so, what is it?

Probably Crème Brule. I like to do different flavors of it, like pumpkin for Thanksgiving.

I just started, it was a requirement for a cooking contest I entered. I do enjoy it, more than I thought I would. The welcome letter on my page.

Baking of course. Most likely cookies!

If I make cookies of any kind I cannot control myself!

Salmon with asparagus, butter caramel Crème Brule for dessert - I made it!

If you had the choice of a free kitchen, bathroom, living room or bedroom makeover – which would you choose and why?

Kitchen! It’s way too small, and not well equipped, but I make do!
