...San Francisco and moved down to Los Angeles to pursue a career in fashion. After the entire company pretty much went under I found myself without a job. I quickly decided to go to culinary school and start a blog! Within a few weeks of school I had 2 job offers as a personal chef so I took one of them and haven’t looked back since.

Are you known for making a certain dish or dessert? If so, what is it?

Cheese bellied turkey burgers and for dessert I make a killer chocolate fantasy cake with raspberry coulis.

You’ve just won $5000.00!!! What would you spend it on?

I would head straight to Sur la Table and not come out until the money was gone. I might buy a few pairs of shoes too thou!

What is the ultimate comfort food to you?

ANYTHING with cheddar or pepperjack or mozzarella cheese. Guacamole too!

Which season (Winter, Summer, Spring, Fall) is your favorite.. why?

Summer! It has the best fruit and I love the sunshine. Best time to have an outdoor dinner party too.

What’s your favorite flower and/or plant?

Gerber Daisies – they are so happy and bright!

Who taught you how to cook and/or bake?

I am mostly self taught… and then I went to culinary school to learn more precise techniques.

What’s your favorite holiday and why?

My Birthday and any other birthdays of my friends!!! I love celebrating birthdays and cooking and baking for special occasions.

A nice big bowl of guacamole

Where is your favorite vacation (holiday) destination?

The Caribbean… I love the color of the water, the food and everyone’s positive attitude.

Do you have a food addiction?

Avocados… and cheese.

What did you eat for dinner last night? Did you prepare it or someone else?

I made BBQ babyback ribs with a homemade bbq sauce and they were marinated in Dr. Pepper… delicious!

What kind of colors do you like? Pastels? Earth tones? Brights? Neons? Etc.

BRIGHT COLORS!!! I love yellow, red, orange and pink.
