I have never had Char Sui Bao before. I was kinda surprised cause i've had a lot of Dim Sum. These were really fun to make and so tasty. I liked them both but the steamed were my favorite. My son kept stealing the pork as I was trying to dice it up. He wanted that alone. Needless to say I will be making again. I took some over to my Chinese neighbors and they loved them as well since they make them too. Thanks for the the great recipe.
