Tiramisu

Tiramisu!! I have made this dessert using readymade finger biscuits and mascarpone so I tried the eggless version this time. Next time the cookies will have to be much thinner for the taste of the cream layer to come through. Like so many other DB'ers I had trouble making the cheese. I was looking for the cream to curdle a bit, but the consistency did not change at all. As I poured it into the sieve I was not sure what I would find after a few hours. But after 14 hours the water did drain out and I was left with a solid mass. This was a learning experience and I will definately make the mascarpone at home.
