Tiramisu

I made a pomegranate and nutella tiramisu. I added the nutella to the custard and dipped the lady fingers in reduced pomegranate juice. I also used the juice in the first custard. It turned out really good. I topped it with toasted hazelnuts and chocolate covered pomegranates and a pomegranate reduction. Everyone really liked it for something different than the traditional. I loved making the cheese and am excited to try others. I found a local dairy where I got the cream and have gotten more to make my own ricotta and some flavored butters (that was fun and soooo yummy)
. Super excited about that. Thanks for this choice I'll make it again.
