As it seems with many of the folks, my mascarpone was an adventure in trying to figure out when it would curdle without the tell-tell signs of curdling, and the temp not getting where it needed to be. Lady fingers were easy, except that I filled the pastry bag too full and then had batter coming out of both ends. I am not a coffee drinker, so this challenge was something I would not ordinarily have done. Thanks.
