Not exactly sure what happened to my reveal last night, still learning how to post I guess. My mascarpone had the same trouble as others, or maybe I should say I had the same troubles, wasn't exactly sure how to tell when the cheese had curdled without the normal signs of curdling, and, my temp never got to 190 even though using a stainless steel bowl. Ladyfingers turned out well, other than my overfilling my pastry bag and having batter coming out of both ends. Just had to refill my bag. I am not a coffee drinker, so probably would not have made this on my own. It was fun and I am inspired by the other's variations. Will definitely have to revisit with the adaptations.
