Ingredients

  • 2 lb mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Mix the Soy Sauce, Oil, Minced Garlic, Minced Thyme Salt, Pepper and Balsamic Vinegar in a Bowl.
  • Add the Mushrooms to the mixture.
  • Lay on a tray and Bake for 20 min.
