Fresh Sautéed Spinach with Garlic

1 lb. fresh spinach 1 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic Salt to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add whole garlic, and let the oil infuse with the garlic.
Wash and drain spinach. Place it in a salad spinner to remove water drops. If you do not remove the water, it may cause oil splatters.
Cook the spinach for 2 minutes or until wilted.
Discard the garlic.
Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
Drain and excess liquid and serve spinach.
