Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries quartered
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup cherries pitted and halved

Dressing

  • 1 ½ tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp agave syrup
  • Fresh mint freshly chopped, as desired.

Instructions

Prepare Fruit

  • Cube Watermelon. Pit and Half cherries. Cut Strawberries into bite size pieces.

  • In a large bowl, toss together the fruits.

Make the dressing

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Crush the mint with the back of a spoon so it releases its flavor.

  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad.
  • Toss gently to coat the fruits.

  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
