watermelon

strawberries
quartered

raspberries

cherries
pitted and halved
Dressing
1 ½

freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ½
tbsp
agave syrup
Fresh mint
freshly chopped, as desired.
Instructions
Prepare Fruit
Cube Watermelon. Pit and Half cherries. Cut Strawberries into bite size pieces.
In a large bowl, toss together the fruits.
Make the dressing
Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Crush the mint with the back of a spoon so it releases its flavor.
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad.
Toss gently to coat the fruits.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
