Ingredients

  • 3 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups Cornflakes Cereal
  • ¼ Melted Butter

Instructions

  • Dice the potatoes.
  • In a bowl add the diced potatoes, the sour cream, the chicken soup, the garlic powder, the grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Tos to cover all the potatoes with the mixture.
  • Add the crushed cornflakes mixed with butter on top of the potatoes.
  • Bake 350F for 35 minutes.
