Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 Apples
  • 3 Cups Broccoli
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds

Instructions

  • Finely chop the garlic
  • Add the olive oil, chopped garlic, maple syrup, salt, pepper and Cider Vinegar to make a delicious salad dressing.
  • Chop Apples, Broccoli, Onion and add the sunflower seeds and raising.
  • Add the dressing and tos.
