Steak Salad with Strawberry Sriracha Sauce

Strawberry Sriracha Sauce 2 cups fresh strawberries 1 tbsp sriracha or less if you like it less spicy 2 tbsp water ½ tsp salt For the steak 6 oz beef steak like tenderloin Salt and pepper to taste oil to brush the skillet For the salad 2 cups baby spinach 1 ½ cup arugula ⅓ cup roasted salted almonds
To make dressing: In a food blender, blend strawberries, water, Sriracha, and salt. Blend until smooth.
To Make the Steak: Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Brush the skillet with some oil. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches140-150 degrees.
Place the steak aside for a few minutes. Once cooled and the juices are set, slice the steak into thin slices.
To Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine spinach, arugula, and add sliced steak.
Drizzle the salad with strawberry Sriracha sauce and top with almonds.
Serve salad fresh.
