1 tbsp butter ½ onion chopped 2 tbsp milk ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp white pepper 14 oz. spinach fresh 2 tbsp crème Fraiche sour cream or heavy cream 2 tbsp parmesan freshly grated
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until very soft.
Add milk and give it a good stir.
Add spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted.
Add crème fraiche and cook 10 seconds.
Sprinkle parmesan and cook until the cheese is melted.
Serve as desired.
