Ingredients

  • Water to boil the pasta
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lb pasta of choice
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente by adding it to salted boiling water.

  • 3 minutes before draining the pasta, add the broccoli florets to the boiling water.

  • Melt the butter until browned using a shallow skillet.
