Instructions
Remove the seeds from the jalapeno peppers, or leave if you like things spicy. Chop the jalapenos.
In a bowl, combine jalapenos, watermelon, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, onion, and cilantro.
Toss or stir the ingredients gently.
Refrigerate the salsa 30 minutes before serving.
