Ingredients

  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 cups watermelon diced
  • 2 tsp lemon zest (or lime)
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice (or lime)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Remove the seeds from the jalapeno peppers, or leave if you like things spicy. Chop the jalapenos.
