- 3 cups Diced Potatoes
- 1 can Cream of Chicken
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Cornflakes Cereal
- 1/4 Melted Butter
Dice the potatoes.
In a bowl add the diced potatoes, the sour cream, the chicken soup, the garlic powder, the grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Tos to cover all the potatoes with the mixture.
Add the crushed cornflakes mixed with butter on top of the potatoes.
Bake 350F for 35 minutes.
