Eyeball Cake Pops

  • Cake pops skewers


  • 2 cups cookie dough
  • 6 oz melted vegan chocolate (reserve 1oz. or less for the cake pops skewers)
  • Colored icing sugar or liquid edible paint, for decoration


  • Shape cookie dough into 7-8 balls.
  • Melt the chocolate.
  • Dip one end of the skewer into the melted chocolate and insert into a cookie dough ball.
  • Place the balls into the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the cookie dough balls from the freezer and coat with the white chocolate.
  • You can either place them in a glass or piece of thick Styrofoam so they stay upright. Chill in a fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the cake pops from the fridge and draw eyeball décor on each.
  • Serve.
