Servings: 8 cake pops
Cake pops skewers
- 2 cups cookie dough
- 6 oz melted vegan chocolate (reserve 1oz. or less for the cake pops skewers)
- Colored icing sugar or liquid edible paint, for decoration
Shape cookie dough into 7-8 balls.
Melt the chocolate.
Dip one end of the skewer into the melted chocolate and insert into a cookie dough ball.
Place the balls into the freezer for 15 minutes.
Remove the cookie dough balls from the freezer and coat with the white chocolate.
You can either place them in a glass or piece of thick Styrofoam so they stay upright. Chill in a fridge for 30 minutes.
Remove the cake pops from the fridge and draw eyeball décor on each.
