- 2 lb mushrooms
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp thyme
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 F
Mix the Soy Sauce, Oil, Minced Garlic, Minced Thyme Salt, Pepper and Balsamic Vinegar in a Bowl.
Add the Mushrooms to the mixture.
Lay on a tray and Bake for 20 min.
