Tiramisu
So this was my first baking challenge. I am from Pittsburgh pa where I live with my partner of 17 years who is a daring baker blogger. We had our own candy store that we closed in Oct and after that I started doing some baking and he and miss Lisa said I should start doing this so I have tried it. So for the first challenge I had to do tiramisu, my partner is a very good cook and I can do some cooking myself but don't have the passion for it like him. We did some of it together and I did some on my own. I told him I was going to show him up on the first challenge but I really known I couldn't. So I had to do this on the week that I had mid terms for school and did still have to work but I did get it done. I made my own lady fingers and we did the rest together. I added cinnamon to my lady fingers that added a little different flavor to mine that he said he liked. so here are the pics of how I put mine together.

So you didn't completely "bake me out" but you did a great job on your 2nd challenge, ahem, you missed the first!!!! You actually kicked my butt on presentation though, but then you always did have a thing for coffee and Martinis, so why not combine the two. Good job!!! See you in the kitchen soon!
