New Member Logos/Badges!!
Although we loved our Daring Baker Ninjas.. we felt that with a brand spankin AWESOME new website that we all deserved brand spankin AWESOME new logos/badges. 
Please feel free to use whichever or however many you'd like on the sidebar of your blogs, but we ask that you please take down the old logos first, pretty please!

To download a logo/badge - just right click on it and choose SAVE PICTURE AS.
Luckily, most of you have the new versions of blog clients that incorporate widgets – For Blogger, I believe all you do is go to LAYOUT and then choose ADD A PAGE ELEMENT – this will bring you to a window full of widgets – choose the one that says PICTURE.
Once the window opens, you just fill out the boxes and then browse your hard drive for the logo you want to use. I think that where it says TITLE – that’s where you can put “I’m a Proud Member of” or something like that – and I believe you can also leave that one blank. Same for CAPTION – in the link box you’d put (http://www.thedaringkitchen.com) and then for IMAGE, choose FROM YOUR COMPUTER, hit the BROWSE button and find the logos/badges on your hard drive. Then click SAVE – this will bring you back to that window where you clicked on ADD A PAGE ELEMENT.. up top will be another link to SAVE the page. You can click on that right away if you are happy with where the logo has been placed – or you can put your cursor over the little square that is your logo and click on it, keeping your finger pressed down on the mouse, you can move that square up or down – when you have it where you want it, just let go of the mouse and it will stay there.. then click SAVE on the top of the page. Oh! And there is a PREVIEW link which you can click and look to see what your blog will look like with the new logo/badge before hitting SAVE, just so you can be sure.
As for Wordpress.. I’m going to guess that the instructions are similar. Typepad and any other blogging client.. well, uhmm.. me don’t know.

Once I figure out how to link to a place where ya'll can download the ORIGINAL sizes (I'll zip them up), I'll let you know. So you'll be able to resize to what you need.. the text part.. well that's a lil trickier. I'll bring this to Pat Furtado's attention and see what she says as she's the genius behind our new logos/badges.
And please.. take more than one! Use as many as you'd like! We made them for YOU!

I'm also a Wordpress user. Any luck with getting html code so the badge/logo can be inserted as a text widget? While I love all of these badges, I'd like to add "The Kitchen!" (medium size) to my sidebar. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I use wordpress, and I was able to add the badge by inserting a new link (click "add new link").
If you right click on the badge you want and click properties you will get the image url. You copy the image url and paste it all the way down on the add new link page where it says "image address." You paste the address for thedaringkitchen up on top where it says "web address."
At first the badge was appearing in the middle of my blogroll, but then I created a new category (Proud Member) and unclicked blogroll as the category and clicked Proud Member as the category. Now the badge appears under the heading Proud Member in my sidebar.
Hope this helps wordpress people. It took me a while to figure out.
