Hey guys,
I'm working on developing a few new recipes, one is for an espresso cheesecake I'm working on. I've been researching and brainstorming and trying different flavors that work well with coffee and I wanted to ask you guys which flavors you have come across which compliment it well.
Thanks for any ideas!

I think the following are a good match with coffee.
1.chocolate, mint
2.caramel,rum
3.cardamom, Grand Marnier (orange liquor)
4.hazelnut, Irish Cream
5.vanilla
6.hazelnuts blended with coconut and macadamia
7.raspberry
8.Pumpkin with nutmeg, cinnamon and all spice

Here are some links to coffee syrups which have a large number of flavour combinations

I find frangelico (hazelnut liqueur) goes particularly well with coffee. Actually, any combination involving hazelnuts, chocolate, and coffee is a winner for me.

Also sweetened whiskey.

And maple syrup, surprisingly.

Espresso cheesecake sounds good. In the past when I've used coffee recipes the coffee has overpowered. I'm trying to find the right balance.

Audax pretty much said it. I think that a cheesecake crust made from hazelnut biscotti crumbs might compliment an espresso-based cheesecake, too. Almonds also go great with coffee in my opinion.

I would avoid chocolate, as there are so many chocolate recipes out there, and I find that chocolate overpowers the coffee flavour.

I would suggest hazelnut, cinnamon and almond all would be great complimentary flavours.

This is not my website, but I use it ALL the time to search for things to pair certain flavors with:

I do agree with all the suggestions. If you are looking at fruit flavours I like apricots and dates with coffee too.
