I’ve loved cooking and baking my whole life and recently started a food blog that I’ve been really involved with in just a short period of time.
How long have you been a Daring Baker/Daring Cook and what’s your favorite thing about being in the group(s) so far?

TOO MANY to list people usually are expecting to see my guacamole or key lime pie when I show up somewhere.

LOVE Robert De Niro and Goodfellas. Music – nothing new – all stuff that’s been around. Big Bruce fan, Pearl Jam, Stevie Wonder, RHCP, kinda all over the place…

fall – love the cooler weather and the colors.
Other than cooking and/or baking.. what hobbies do you enjoy?
gambling, and honestly most of my time is devoted to my little girl so it’s all about her these days!

My food blog has only been around for a month. I love my 2nd post the most so far. A few years ago I wrote an infertility blog detailing my 2.5 year struggle before getting pregnant with my daughter – then wrote throughout my pregnancy – then stopped cold as soon as she was born

I’m a big Lidia and Mario fan and enjoy their books for both.

liver. Just not a fan.

a bunch…but have to always give shout outs to my brother-in-law’s restaurants that he owns (Italian)

my parents and grandparents
What’s your favorite holiday and why?
Christmas Eve. It’s HUGE in our family, and everyone is together, about 60 of us, tons of kids, great food (Feast of Seven Fishes) …always awesome.

Crockpot London broil with baked mac & cheese and salad. I cooked. As always.

Minion of Evil – but that’s why she’s so successful

Top Chef is my favorite – I also watch Chopped, NFNS, and Cupcake Wars. Level of competition with TC is best.

depends on the dish…love fresh basil
